材料
Materials

碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢无缝、直缝或螺旋焊缝钢管
Carbon Steel, alloy steel, stainless steel seamless and seam weld pipe

弯曲半径R
Radius of Bend

R≤6000mm，且R≥3D（用R等于3D、4D、5D、6D、7D、8D、9D、10D来表示弯曲半径，D为管子外径）

弯曲角度θ
Angle of Bend

常用为15°、30°、45°、60°、90°、135°、和180°，也可按顾客提出的角度弯制
Usual angle is 15°、30°、45°、60°、90°、135°and 180°, oraccording to the requirements of purchaser

直段长度L
Length of Straight

弯管两端直段长度一般在500mm--1500mm，由顾客确定长度的大小
The lengths of straight at the two ends are usually 500mm--1500mm, of according to the purchaser's option

Outside Diameter

D≤1220mm

壁厚T
Wall Thickness

T≤120mm

端部坡口
End Bevel

按对焊管件焊端坡口结构型式执行
According to the end devel of butt-welding Fittings.
